Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Contact: contact@arduus.net. These terms apply to RAVOX lights and mounts purchased from ARDUUS. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this policy.
Change-of-mind returns
You may notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Return the light, mount and included components in good condition, with proof of purchase. Reasonable unpacking and inspection do not by themselves invalidate your return rights. Please contact us for the return instructions and return address in China before sending the parcel; contacting us does not shorten any statutory deadline. For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
EU and UK customers
Where applicable, you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of cancellation notification, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Extra costs of an optional premium delivery service are not refundable unless required by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Email your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help but do not replace your legal rights. For confirmed product defects, transit damage or incorrect items, ARDUUS pays reasonable necessary return shipping and provides the repair, replacement or refund required by applicable law. We remain your point of contact even if a carrier investigation is required. Report problems promptly; no short reporting deadline removes statutory rights.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For ordinary 7-day returns we initiate the refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned goods; shorter mandatory deadlines take priority. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Statutory refunds and shipping reimbursements are processed according to the rules applicable to the order.
12-month commercial warranty
We provide a 12-month commercial warranty from delivery for defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. Contact contact@arduus.net with proof of purchase. We will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement at no charge, or a refund where repair or replacement is unavailable or required by law. We cover reasonable necessary shipping for accepted warranty defects.
The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by crashes, misuse, incorrect installation, incompatible power supplies or unauthorised modification, to the extent that the damage results from those causes. No unverified waterproof or road-use approval is promised.
This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not limit, statutory consumer rights. In particular, applicable EU legal conformity guarantees of at least two years and other longer local remedies remain available. The 7-day voluntary return period and 12-month commercial warranty do not replace those protections.

Orders placed through Shopify’s test payment gateway are simulations: no payment is collected and no goods are dispatched.
