Store and contact
ARDUUS operates this store at arduus.bike. RAVOX is the product name. Contact contact@arduus.net for product, order and after-sales questions. These draft terms govern use of the store and purchases, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Full legal seller identification must be completed before the store begins accepting live orders.
Product information
The current RAVOX product includes one light and one double-arm mount. The product net weight is approximately 160 g, excluding packaging. Product images are generated visualisations rather than photographs or measured performance evidence. Compatibility with the Avinox electrical system does not alone establish mechanical fit for every bicycle. Check model-specific mounting clearance, connector, polarity and installation requirements before use. Do not rely on unconfirmed output, waterproof or road-use approval claims.
Prices, checkout and orders
Prices and currency are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Applicable shipping and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before order submission. Review all details and provide accurate contact and delivery information. We will not change an order’s price or add charges without your agreement. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error prevents fulfilment, we will notify you and offer an appropriate alternative or cancellation and refund; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Payment and test mode
Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout. During test mode, use only the designated test payment details. Test-gateway orders are simulations, do not create a paid sale, and will not be dispatched. Never enter real card information into a test payment form.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy describe the applicable services and are available through the store and checkout. A 12-month commercial warranty supplements statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation rights, legal guarantees, remedies for defective goods, or protections against unfair terms.
Safe and lawful use
Use the product only with compatible equipment and follow the final installation instructions. Seek qualified help if unsure about electrical connections or mounting. You remain responsible for observing local traffic rules. This does not exclude ARDUUS’s responsibility for defective products or misleading information under applicable law.
Site use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. ARDUUS and RAVOX brand assets and original site materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Avinox and bicycle brand names identify the relevant systems and manufacturers; no endorsement or official partnership is claimed.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the store’s Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by the selected payment service provider.
Changes and disputes
Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. Contact contact@arduus.net to resolve an issue. Nothing requires you to waive access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under mandatory local law. Any invalid provision leaves the remaining lawful provisions in effect.
